Rock climbing is a traditionaly outside sport that involves planning paths and climbing cliff faces or boulders. There are three major types of rock climbing.

Rock climbing can be very dangerous when getting to higher difficulties. It is important to take long breaks and not to rush difficulties that are out of your league. If you put too much stress on your body while rock climbing you could cause permanent damge.
