How do I return or exchange an item I bought online?

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a refund. Returns and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label or when you return in store. You have up to 45 days to return items purchased.


What's the status of my order?

As soon as you place your order, you can see where it is on its way to your door. Your order may take the full shipping timeframe to arrive to you. If your order shows "in-process" that means we are getting your order ready to go! We will adjust the shipping method of your order to make sure that it's delivered to you by the promised date. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking information.


Can I track the shipment of my order?

Whether you choose standard delivery or overnight, you can follow your order's progress online.
